Making Room for What’s Next
First step is an on-site walkaround of the structure with the owner where we will understand full scope of project and assess property for hazards, utilitity connections, and determine need for asbestos survey.
ASSESSMENT & SCOPING
We provide a detailed bid based on time and tonnage of material which will satisfy needs of insurance company. We are fully licensed and insured.
BIDDING
With a signed agreement, our team handles all necessary permitting and utility disconnections to prepare for demolition
PERMITTING AND SCHEDULING
We will execute the demolition and leave the property in the condition specified by the customer including grading, erosion control, seeding, etc.
